Arrivals:

Savannah-Hilton Head Airport:Guests will exit the secure gate area and take the first escalator into baggage claim. Look for your corporate logo or name on a sign. Either you will meet one of our in house greeters or one of our chauffeurs who will help you gather your luggage then head out to one of our luxury vehicles and head to your corporate gathering at the appropriate hotel.

Hilton Head Airport:Guests will exit the secure gate area and look for your corporate logo. Either you will meet one of our in house greeters or one of our chauffeurs who will help you gather your luggage then head out to one of our luxury vehicles and head to your corporate gathering at the appropriate hotel.

Departures:

Savannah-Hilton Head Airport: Guests will exit out of the front door of the host hotel and one of our greeters or chauffeurs will have a corporate logo or there name on a sign board on one of our luxury iPads. Our staff will help load the luggage and we will be on our way to the hotel. We recommend departing the hotel two and one half hours before the departure time for the plane.

We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability, with a 2-hour minimum notice. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, call us at843-384-4235.

Yes, we have an international network of partners, who are personally vetted for our high standards of service.  This which allows us to arrange ground transportation for you nearly anywhere in the world, just let us know where you’re traveling to and we can arrange your transportation there.

We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. You must cancel 24 Hours before the ride for sedan and SUV, 48 hours and more for larger vehicles to avoid the full cancellation charges.

Special events include major sporting & social events, premium concerts, New Years, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eves, peak demand Prom nights, and similar peak/high demand events. Cancellation policy for such events is a minimum 1 week prior to the pickup time on the day of the event, on all vehicles chartered.  Some variations may apply and will be reviewed at time of quoting and/or booking.

We do require a credit card guarantee for payment and/or a prepaid non-refundable deposit. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly rentals and bus charters.

Silver Oak Transportation offers both corporate and personal accounts. Major corporate accounts may qualify for billing terms, subject to review and approval.

We have already taken several precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for both customers and staff alike. In addition to the thorough cleaning of vehicle interior surfaces with Clorox or bleach-based disinfectant wipes following each ride, all company working areas are cleaned and disinfected daily.

We have made small changes inside our vehicles that are a result of our internal precautions, such as the removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets, the cessation of water or beverage offerings that are not individually packaged or sealed, unless requested, and the limiting of all physical material sharing between passengers and drivers wherever possible.

We provide our chauffeurs with hand sanitizers and strong reminder notices daily about the proper hand washing protocols.

All employees, customer facing or not, are urged to seek medical attention immediately if they feel unwell. Further, we do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances.

Most importantly, we endeavor to make sure our responses and instructions related to COVID-19 are thoughtful, measured and based on real-time factual information from our federal and local governments.

As with any situation that may exceptionally impact our service (hurricanes, airport closures etc.) we will do our utmost to serve you without issue. We value our relationship and appreciate the opportunity to take care of you whenever and wherever you need us.

We do not want anyone sitting shoulder to shoulder in our vehicles.

Our sedans will now have a maximum amount of three guests riding in the car with one guest in the front seat and two in the back seat.

The SUVs in our fleet will now have a maximum of four guests riding in them for airport transfers and have five guests when we are doing shuttles with them.

Luxury vans in our fleet will now will have a maximum of nine guests riding in them for both airport transfers and shuttles such as corporate and wedding shuttles.

Luxury mini buses will only have twelve guests riding in them for both airport transfers and shuttle trips.

Motor coaches will only have twenty-eight guests riding in them for all trips including airport transfers and shuttle trips.

During these trying times, it is our number one priority to keep our guests and chauffeurs safe, and healthy to therefore keep their family and friends safe and healthy.
